Service Details	This service will be renewed automatically every 30 days and package charge will be deducted from the remaining balance of prepaid SIM Once the service is activated, calls received in busy, no answer and unreachable conditions will be forwarded to voice mail automatically To check voice message, local and travel voice airtime will be charged Regardless of whether you are in Hong Kong or overseas, calls forwarded to voice mailbox will be charged at local airtime rate if you are in (Hong Kong) or travel voice airtime rate if you are in (overseas) Reminder: You can forward all incoming calls by (*21Hong Kong telephone number#) to other Hong Kong telephone number or (*211963323232#) to voice mailbox before leaving Hong Kong to avoid extra roaming charges during travel

How To Use & Setting

Prepaid SIM with defaulted package, the service will be activated after insert SIM into mobile device to complete the real-name registration.		The card is activated. You will receive a short message from the system displaying your assigned mobile number, total stored value, expiry date.
Account Enquiry: SIM World mobile App (check account balance, mobile number and SIM card validity) **If you are unable to access to data after completing the above steps, please try to reboot your handset / turn on "Mobile Data" / turn on "Data Roaming" for Roaming Data Package / ensure the APN and network setting is correct / turn off “Flight mode” APN Setting: IOS: Go to "Setting" > "Mobile Networks" > "Mobile Data Options" > "Mobile Data Network" > Input "mobile.lte.three.com.hk" in [APN] column of Mobile Data Android: Go to "Setting" > "Mobile Networks" > Press [APN] > Press Input "mobile.lte.three.com.hk" in column
